The Institute provides specialised legal expertise, develops practical guidance and training materials, and facilitates dialogue and knowledge exchange among judges, prosecutors, investigators, lawyers, civil society organisations, and other relevant actors. These activities aim to strengthen institutional capacity, promote the application of international legal standards, and contribute to effective, fair, and victim-centred accountability processes in Ukraine.
